Here we have a in house design for all 6BT 24 valve Cummins 5.9 Diesel owners. THIS WILL ALSO WORK ON THE 6.7 WITH THE VGT turbo DELETED.
Will work on 2007.5 to present 6.7 engines with the VGT turbo deleted!!! All the benefits of our other kits plus. Easier install with no removal of the valve cover. This kit will allow for a more even warm up across all cylinders due to a more even flow and. No pressure build up at the rear of the block.
And of course less chance for leakage due to less parts and seals than any other bypass on the market!!!!! Street, strip, mud or pulling.
This is the kit anyone having issues with excessive EGT's should be using!!! Must be used with a 195 degree thermostat and jiggle pin must be plugged or pinched off!!! Both kits use only high quality Fragola fittings and hose!!!! Our water bypass kit relieves excessive pressure in the back of the engine while also dropping coolant temperatures by as much as 20 degrees! Engines that turn high RPM's create high pressure in the back of the block that causes freeze plugs in the block & cylinder head to blow out under'higher than stock' hp applications as well as possible cylinder head gasket damage. This is a common problem with all Cummins engines that are turned up and this is the best solution. This kit will also help with the higher temperature at the back of the engine where #5 & 6 cylinders suffer. Most commonly, people confuse poor air flow to the back of the head with excessive heat.99% of the time it is an issue with temperature and not air flow.
